All deliveries are made by Australia Post with Air Mail for deliveries outside of Australia.
Deliveries are made to PO Boxes or street addresses.
Please note that your order will be delivered to your mailbox so you do not need to be there when the Postie comes with your order.
Delivery fee
$6.95 per order for deliveries within Australia
$14.95 per order for deliveries outside Australia
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays.
Orders received by 8.00 pm Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders received by 8.00 pm Wednesday will be dispatched on Thursday.
Approximate delivery times are:
Sydney Metropolitan area: next working day
Other locations within NSW: 1-3 working days
East coast capitals (including Adelaide): 2 working days
Perth, Darwin and Hobart: 3-5 working days
All other Australian locations: 4-6 working days
Outside Australia: 3-10 working days
These delivery times are guidelines only and are based on reasonable expectations and experience.
