I used to think that this kind of shoe would be kind of OK for feet. After all, they're flat and they do up with laces. But when I showed my funky pink sneakers to Harry the podiatrist, he told me that they were the worst shoes he'd seen in his whole life! They offer little or no support to the arch or the top of the foot, and the soles are so flimsy and jarring. Into the rubbish bin they went.
What the experts say...
"EXTREMELY USER FRIENDLY – FOR MYSELF AND MY PATIENTS. [What I liked most about Dr Amanda’s program is that it is] 1. Clear. 2. Concise. 3. “Do-able”. 4. There is a system that is easy to implement if one is motivated (which I am!), thank you. As a medical practitioner I found the information extremely user friendly – both for myself and my patients in the future. I am leaving with re-invigoration. "
