When you wear shoes that fit your feet and are approved by podiatrists for preventing and relieving foot problems, being as active as you need to be to lose weight and keep it off forever is much easier.

I have had famine reactions of fatigue, dizziness, lack of concentration, nausea, headache which disappear when I eat something like a small cinnaman doughnut, a peanut butter sandwich or a muffin from your recipe. I have stopped having the severe reactions now. I have baked several batches of those muffins and they are very popular. Yours sincerely"
