I'm pleased to announce that in the next months, I'll be giving Introductory and Advanced workshops in five Australian capital cities.

These are the last workshops I will be giving for a while, as I will be taking some time away to write my next book.

Introductory Workshop: The Science of Weight Loss

I cut my exercise in half, but still no luck as my estrogen level is so far below where it is meant to be. So I am hoping that this new eating style can help balance my hormones as well as my moods. Again, thank you so much, your new book has not only helped me to escape from diet dungeon and face my demons, it is also helping my marriage.
