What’s your view on protein supplements?

If you absolutely love the taste, use them occasionally. But if you're only using them because someone (such as the salesperson) told you they're good for you, throw them in the rubbish bin and eat real food instead. Protein is so abundant in our food supply that it's easy to get copious amounts without the need for supplements.
