I really don’t like vegetables and fruit. Do I have to eat them?
Yes. To ensure that you lose weight and keep it off while following the Don't Go Hungry Diet, vegetables and fruit do need to become a prominent part of your life, preferably featuring in every meal. Do whatever you have to do to make vegetables and fruit more appealing to you. Before long you'll feel so light and healthy that you'll enjoy eating a wide variety of vegetables and fruit.
What our readers say...
"I have just recently finished Dr Amanda's telephone coaching program. I had read her book, I agreed with the principles and I had tried the 'diet' on my own without a lot of success. I was plateaued at 86.2 kilos for months. Then I decided to get some serious accountability going and I contacted Dr Amanda. I cannot recommend this enough to anybody who is needing to get off the 'merry-go-round' of dieting. Through my 'sessions' I learnt to stay focussed, to set achievable short-term goals and received feedback and encouragement each fortnight. In eight weeks, I lost 3.9 kilos and I am confident that I can continue to enjoy success. In fact, this Christmas I was thrilled to have been able to maintain my weight for the first Christmas EVER despite having truly 'enjoyed' some serious entertaining! Thank you so much Dr Amanda."
